There is everything you will need for short stay. Inc cutlery, plates etc. Apartments are clean. They also provided cot bed and high chair for our little one so it was nice touch.

It is lound untill very late in night... Everynight due to proximity of shopping mall bars. Balcony is in front of walkaway so everyone see you, and you can't leave doors over night as this is only enterence via balcony. No air con so can be hot inside..
