Villa Delta - 5 Bdrms, 2 min walk to Mamalouka, Blue Carpet

Great location just steps to the wonderful beach, comfortable spaces, great outdoors and lovely gardens. We loved it! Halkidikibnb team were extremely professional and were so welcoming overall. Highly recommend this property.

The house is at the wonderful location and the proximity of the beach is something most valuable this house has.

We arrived at the house around 11am. We let the host know but we were not pushing them to give us keys earlier than 3pm (host made sure to mention this time 5 times even though we said we will be at the beach waiting and we are not in a hurry). We got our keys around 11:30am-12pm. Then the torture by Paschalis (guy who contacted us after booking this) and Yanis (some house manager they assign to you when you make the reservation) started. They wanted money in cash right away! It is outrages what we had to go through. I felt like we were owning money to some racketeers. The communication was highly disrespectful and rude. We asked for receipt for giving them cash (never received it) and they were trying to persuade us to cancel the reservation on booking and to go directly through them so we can get 91e discount?!?!? Paying by credit card was not an option and our "manager" Yanis was taling to me and my husband like we are wasting his time and we need to get him his cash money right now! We even asked to change the house "manager" and then we got someone name George who never showed up for anything in 7 days! The house was not cleaned once in 7 days! Towels and bed sheets not changed once! We had to pay all money in CASH upfront just so we can see at the end of our stay that Paschalis and the agency that is renting this place reported we paid 70e for 2 or 3 nights! Just for the record we paid 800e as a deposit plus 3500e in cash. This is by far the worst experience I had in Greece and I've been spending every summer since I was born there so like 40 summers by now. Do not waste your time with these people. They are frauds and other than location, the house is falling apart and it's filthy. No one ever apologized to us for this (not that it would mater or change anything) but as someone who should be in a customer service field they should do not better-they should burn everything done so far and just maybe start all over again!

The location was perfect . The location is very well placed, very well equipped and with a very generous space. Perfect for groups of friends or family who want to spend time together
