Stavroula's House City Center 2, Iasonidou (2beds & 2baths)

Great location within walking distance to the city center. Very clean and there was a supermarket right around the corner that was very convenient. AC worked great and everything had been updated.

We had a wonderful stay at Stavroula's house. Amazing communication from Kostas, he helped us with parking nearby, gave easy instruction for checking in and great suggestion for Bagoutsa. The apartment is right in the centre, close to everything, walking distance to a lot of historical sites, so many restaurants and to the water. The apartment itself is very clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable in every way. We loved our time, thank you!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment just 10 minutes from the city center! Very clean, new, and well-equipped, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and great attention to detail. The host was extremely kind and helpful, even assisted with nearby paid parking. Plenty of local cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and delicious homemade takeaway food nearby. There’s an elevator and a lovely terrace for enjoying your coffee. Thank you for the warm welcome and the little surprise! Highly recommended — we’d definitely come back!

The apartment was wonderful. Extremely clean, bright and modernly furnished. A huge advantage is that it has two bathrooms and a balcony. The location is central and there is paid parking very close by (20 euro per day). There is a grocery store across the street. The owner of the apartment is extremely responsive and provided us with all the necessary information to feel comfortable during our stay. Thank you Kostas! We will be happy to come back to your apartment again!

The place is very clean and new, spacious for 4 people which we were. It has a very good location as it is a few minutes walking distance to the main square, Egnatia and the shopping district. Its easy to access it and the host was very communicative. Will stay again at this place!

The building does not have a parking of its own which is common for Thess. Private parkings are accessible around the area

A very comfy, neat and clean apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We slept well here. Complimentary coffee and wine is provided. Lots of storage space for your clothes and belongings. Easy check-in, easy walking distance from the bustling downtown area of Thessaloniki. Many restaurants, cafes and shops in the laidback neighborhood. Kostas is an exceptional host - answers any inquiry momentarily, he is genuinely kind, helpful and courteous - made all the difference to our stay!
