Historic DTWN Studio, Walk to Bathhouses, Shops, Room # 103

The location can’t be beat unless you want to pay double the price to stay on Central Avenue. One block and you’re right in the middle of everything. The room was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. I can’t say anything negative about the room or the patio area. We sat on the patio every evening before heading out for the night.

Apparently mufflers are optional equipment on vehicles in Hot Springs and I believe everyone that lacked a muffler rode around the parking garage located 20 feet or so from our room. This was without a doubt the loudest place we’ve ever stayed. I don’t know the solution other than to suggest getting a room on the opposite side of the parking garage building or as far as possible in the rear of The Exchange building.

The building and the room were unique.

The city of Hot Springs recently enacted new parking policies. This listing did not specify that parking was not available on the premises, so having to pay for it was unexpected. I understand this is something new, but I would have appreciated this situation clearly specified in the listing instead of being surprised upon arrival. Also, its location next to the parking garage made for a noisy evening. I did appreciate the supplied noise machine, it definitely helped.

Location was great, everything was in walking distance. Our room was clean and very and accommodating. The room was looked exactly liked the phots.

Our only dislike was the outside noises and the street construction. I realized this is out of your control, therefore not a critique against you.

Very modern and cozy. Felt like home.

I wish it had a jacuzzi or pool on the property.

It’s modern and clean. Really nice property. The patio is lovely as well. It’s also next door to a police station.

I didn’t like the parking set up. However, the parking garage to the right is free parking. No through traffic from 10pm-6am.

The Old Renovated Building with a nice Room Apartment, was very Stylish and nice. Bed was cosy, and the Parking Garage right next to the building affordable, or on the weekends free. To explore the City, the location was great, just one Block down, and and you literally on the main street. The Bathhouse, were closing a bit early for us, and we were travelling the next day, so we couldn't try them.(Most of the Bath closes around 6pm, and without Reservation, very less chance) . I liked the charm of the old city, and partly friendly People.
