YOUR COZY NEST PLAZA MAYOR - SOL - RASTRO - WIFI - Almendro

Wonderful cozy, well-appointed flat in an excellent location, a quiet street in the La Latina neighborhood. Close to central Madrid but away from the tourist areas. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living room. Perfect for a couple or a solo visitor.

Very little to complain about. Bed is soft and craters a bit to the center. Kitchen is very tight but quite workable. But in general, a great value.

Eşyalar aşırı eski ev aşırı bakımsız. Mutfakta priz dahi yok. Fotoğraflarla hiç ilgisi yok. Bu fiyata mis gibi bir otelde kalırsınız. Yatak odasında eşyalar aşırı eski Komidin bile yok. Ev aşırı karanlık gece mi oldu gündüz mü oldu anlamıyorsunuz. İlk ev deneyimim tam bir hayal kırıklığı.

Location

1. I could not enter the apartment building and the apartment itself as its access was via a smartlock. The host was suppose to meet me at the location as it was our understanding in all our prior communications. Instead, a day before checking in, he sent me a text stating "he had set up a smartlock". My arrival coincided with the day of Spain's major blackout resulting in an internet outage. Once I couldn't enter the building I texted the host repeatedly to come to the location or send someone. He said he was "out of town" and "his trusted people" could not make it. The apartment is in an alleyway completely in the dark because of the blackout. I tried to find a hotel without success, went back to the building and I got robbed! Eventually I was able to enter the building only because a tenant, hearing the commotion of the robbery came downstairs to see what was happening. Once the lights came back on later at night, some kind strangers helped me with the use of the smartlock. The host never came to check on me or send someone. 2. Mattress was sagging and pillows were hard. Tried to sleep on top of the couch, which was no better because of the noise from people in the street into the late night.
