"Disappointing stay"

Location was great

Not worth the amount we paid, shower tray had huge crack in it taped up. You couldn't stand under the shower properly, from fear of foot going through the tray, water damaged floors, broken blind, stains on sofa and chair, dirty floor. Only 3 chairs for table, its a 4 person apartment. Only towels given for 2 people. Huge shame as apartment has potential to be lovely.

"It was not as comfortable as we expected"

How close it was to the venue we were going to

It was in need of a bit TLC, it was worn however the linen was clean but no mattress protectors on the beds

Very clean and impeccable. Good facilities. Spacious. Locked parking

No extra rubbish bag provided. No clear info on wifi password. Had to go to the office and ask.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was very well equipped with a large television and comfy sofa in the lounge. The two bedrooms were huge and both en-suite with a shower in one and bath in the other. The place was extremely clean and loved the toiletries provided. The location was perfect for the Utilita arena which we were attending - a mere five minute walk to the end of the street. It was also super convenient for the city centre and New Street Station. Dealt with two members of staff and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

The main lock to enter the lobby was a bit temperamental but a member of staff came to show us how to open it - there was a knack to it and the member of staff that showed us how to do it was very helpful and friendly.
