Punta Prima - Charming Spanish Apartment with South-Facing Terrace by the Sea

Apartment is exactly as shown in photos. Comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent communication with the hosts.

Good location

Stretched photos make the apartment to look long and airy, and it is a bit cramped unfortunately. The south-facing terrace could theorically be nice but was shadowed by the apartments on the other side of the pool. Foam mattresses are a bit hard, and I had to buy pillows because those those offered were rock solid. But I've left them behind for other guests to use. The underground parking was nice to have, just be careful as it is very narrow. Apart from that, location is good overall

Everything! They accommodated our last minute booking when our campervan broke down and made it easy in a stressful situation. The apartment is very clean, light and airy and the double bed was super comfortable! We especially liked the large terrace with super comfortable seating. Dealing with insurance companies is difficult but Carmen, the owner, was really helpful and kind with my panicked requests for paperwork as well as suggesting things to do to enjoy our stay. Would 100% recommend!

Lovely apartment in a fabulous complex with pools. Very spacious and felt like a home. Nice outside terrace. Good location for beach and a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Also a free bus into Torrevieja from Las Olas road.

Old condiments and coffee left in cupboards. Would have been nice to have an information pack for local amenities and directions. Car parking space was hard to find and difficult to get in/out of in the underground parking - we parked on the road instead - lots of space around the complex.

Everything was perfect. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. I will definitely be back.

The pool was amazing and the apartment was excellent for our needs , the whole complex was immaculatley clean and very nice, we are collected from airport by Gregor who was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in any questions we had , also Maggie who we connected with through booking .com messaging was also very helpful and would highly recommend booking this apartment again and the hosts were great

The only 1 thing we found was the bathroom and shower was a bit to small other than that we had no other complaints
