Location is Good. Central place. Tourist Spots within reach.

Toilet uncleanliness. Hot water took a long time. Soap not available in Dispenser. Bed sheets not upto the mark. Difficult to locate this Hotel by the name, as "JH Hotel" is not known by local people. Booking.com should update the name to match with what local people know it as.

Clean Room , well ventilated and helpful staff

No Geyser, No Hot water. We had to bath in cold water. Delayed our morning by 3 hours.

Good, quiet location, overlooking former polo field and a few minutes walk from the main street and the lake. Clean, comfortable room Variable hot water. Very good breakfast.

Location is good, Breakfast is also good but rent is more than aminities, i thought Rs. 5000 per day is more for this type of hotels and your booking.com is fraud bcoz when we were booking room there were only one room available that was show in your website but after reached hotel there will be almost rooms are available and rates are half .

The staff was very good and polite. The hotel was very clean and all the facilities were provided.

The room was fair in size, it could have been a little bigger.

The behavior of the staffs were exceptionally good. They dropped us to the bus stop also for our convenience. I highly appreciate their efforts.
