Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, treats on arrival, wonderful comfy bed, fantastic view of the lake from the outside seating. It was who good we extended our stay by a few days.

Location - proximity to Bush Airport. Being right on Lake Houston and seeing all the wildlife right on the doorstep. This was our 2nd time at this AB&B because of its cleanliness, unbelievable comfortable beds, it’s like home. Highly recommended. 👍🏻👍🏻

This time we noticed Kitchen cookware was lacking - not as well stocked as previous visit. Badly in need of non-stick frying pans.

The hosts were very responsive, and the location on the river/ lake was beautiful and peaceful. The house is close to 1960 and the airport. It was perfect for our little family reunion

We loved everything about Kingwood Cottage. It is in a lovely, quiet area on the lake and it was very peaceful. The bed and lounge suite were super comfortable and the cottage is very spacious. It had everything we could possibly need, as well as a variety of snacks and treats. Thank you!

The houses surrounding the cottage let the area down as they are not well kept/ maintained with lots of stuff lying around, unkempt gardens etc.
