"Good for group of friends"

Three rooms were spacious enough for 2 couples and 2 kids. Kitchen was completely equipped. Garden and outdoor facilities were good. As it was off season, there were no other guest which provided us more privacy. Host was so friendly that he was helping us with all possible suggestions. He let us stay a few more hours after the checkout time. The property is only a few meters away from mare.

There was no living room ,if it matters from the view of group of people.

Comfortable -we had missing glasses etc and the owner was great in providing these quickly

Spacious rooms. Quiet area (note it's November though). Try to get an apartment on the 1st floor, those have a wonderful terrace.

A bit outdated. The whole area was a kind of deserted, probably 75% of amenities were closed (putting it down to off season).
