036 Tiny Home nr Grand Canyon South Rim Sleeps 8 - Full Kitchen

Very cute cabin. Fairly new and nicely built and furnished. Close enough to the Grand Canyon. Heating and AC both worked well. Comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Easy to find. Kitchen well equipped. The size obviously is what it is - it’s a tiny home, we personally would recommend max. 2 adults and 3 small children. But here opinions will differ, it’s just our opinion and nothing negative.

The communication beforehand! They bombard you with e-Mails, everything comes double and triple. By the end you have so many mails from them, it’s hard to find what you are looking for. The bunk bed to us really felt like it’s only suitable for children. The beds are very small, mattresses thin and there is no slatted frame, it’s just a wooden board with the thin mattress on top.

Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds with good bed linen.

Noisy heater / aircon. Toaster (or socket it was plugged into) didn't work.

Cozy house with a full kitchen. Responsive staff.

Poor WiFi connection, can sleep 8, however would not recommend since only 1 bathroom with shower.

Just about perfect stay near Grand Canyon . Stylish , functional, with everything you need for a few days or a week . No comparison with hotels anywhere near Perfect ! Thank you !!!

The position is quite close to the GC, quiet place.

Clean was quite bad, several things not working properly in the house.

A perfect standalone house, about 15 min drive from the Grand Canyon entrance. Nobody around, quiet and relaxing place to stay! There are 7 places to sleep - double bed, bunk bed, and 3 individual matresses upstairs. Nicely organized eating corner with TV, satellite, and netflix channels. All sockets equipped with usb chargers - perfect for travellers from other countries. It is actually bigger than it looks on the photo, also you may want to change the name from "tiny"... not tiny at all! We absolutely loved it!

Minor suggestions: the door to the restroom stucks sometimes. It may need minor maintenance. Also, that noise once in a while (either from the fridge or from the a/c) could be reduced.
