Newly renovated, sea view + walk to beach RDR381

Fräscht boende med Ac i varje rum. Utsikt över havet från balkongen.

Parkeringen på baksidan var trång och inget ställe där jag vågar ställa bilen då många bilar var repade. Bättre att ställa sig i hamnen på public parking.

De locatie is top, met jonge kids wel te ver lopen naar boulevard maar wij waren met z’n tweeen (vriendinnen). Verder super fijn dat er een wasmachine staat.

Het was niet goed schoon, matrassen vies, lichtknopjes vieze vlekken, douchebak smerig, haren overal. Echt zonde want het ziet er zo leuk uit qua interieur maar de schoonmaak kan echt veel beter! We hadden al bij reviews gelezen dat het heel ingewikkeld is om binnen te komen, wij dachten nog dat dat wel mee zou vallen, maar niet dus! Heel onduidelijk. We hebben ruim een half uur getobt, de communicatie is heel onduidelijk, alleen al door de hoeveelheid berichten. Ze hebben het over een link maar dat is dus een app. Als je telefoon leeg is kom je er dus niet binnen! Parkeren op het binnen terrein is vol. Je moet overal ofwel een app of wel een pasje ofwel een sleutel voor hebben.

Property itself was lovely but it was not clean when we arrived

It was dirty. It was impossible to get in when we arrived. Instructions were very poor

Well situated, 3 minutes walk from 2 supermarkets and taxi rank. 5 minutes from both beaches and promenade. Apartment well equipped and clean. Beds comfortable with a spare duvet for winter.

We had problems with the app to access the main entrance. We had to wait for a car to come out. In general the instructions to access the property initially are not very clear. The shower control needs adjusting. It swings from cold to dangerously hot with nothing in between. Wasted a lot of water trying to get medium temperature. None of the equipment had instructions in English, nor any other language but Spanish . Especially problematic with microwave/grill/convection combo so we never used it.

Cozy, bright, clean, spacious apartment. Access to the pool is limited, so it's not crowded. Quiet neighborhood, near the beach. I recommend!
