Very spacious, very nice apartment.

Numerous cockroaches in the apartment. Workmen in the above apartment (which can’t be helped), but when you are on holiday it’s not ideal. In need of a lot of maintenance, render on terrace needs attention. Towels not plentiful, only one small plate. Very noisy in the middle of the night. No outside lights. Didn’t spoil our holiday, had a great time but for the money, think it could have been better equipped. On a plus note, blind in kitchen wasn’t working on arrival, reported it to the office and a technician attended and successfully mended it within an hour.

Lovely terrace area for eating and relaxing , nice sized apartment for 4 adults. Good location area wise and excellent access to the swimming pool. Didnt need to pay for beds with having the terrace.

It’s situated within a complex but the apartment is next to metal gates for people to enter/leave . This is constant through day and night and they bang everytime even when you try shut them quietly , those staying in the twin room barely slept during the stay as there is no sound proofing and the window might as well be open. Drunk people shaking the gate at 5am when they’ve lost there keys , people coming in and out all day and night ( we wernt in bed early but this room was designed as if to be for children also which it’s not suitable for them with the noise) . Staff working opposite chatting early hours. None of this was mentioned prior. Very frustrating as otherwise the complex is in a good location. Apartment also needs work, most the doors are hard to lock or don’t lock, the safe you could just lift out the place so pretty much pointless , light bulbs missing from bedside lights and very old bedding that doesn’t fit the bed . And one room we opened was a building site with no lock, we were not told about this or warned. Later found out it’s due to have work but due to being booked up it’s delayed , when informed was made to feel like our bookings was an inconvenience to them . Staff on contact made you feel like it was an inconvenience when speaking with them and not very approachable.

One bedroom immediately next to access gate. Clanging all night, noisy people late at night. Overall area developing with noisy pubs etc.
