037 Tiny Home nr Grand Canyon South Rim Sleeps 8

- Exactly as advertised - Very comfortable and perfectly designed for our group of four adults and two teenagers - Spotless cleanliness - Very responsive and pleasant staff - Great location for accessing Tusayan and Grand Canyon

- Inconsistent and weak wifi signal made tv inaccessible much of the time as well, but not sure there is any other option in the remote area so understandable. - Grounds could use some development or furniture on porch for sitting outside.

Good design for sleeping 8 people comfortably. House was clean and well furnished.

Long rocky dirt road from the highway to the property. Almost unusable for any car with low clearance. Internet and tv signal were terrible. Internet only worked about 20% of the time and constantly crashed.

Although small three was plenty of room for our family of 7. Full size oven and stove top. Close to park.

It was a cozy great get away home in a beautiful quiet area

Some things could’ve been better like the shower soap dispenser had fallen off the shower wall and one of the lights in the master bedroom didn’t work.

Location superb, the communication from the host was exceptional. It’s compact, but just as described. We loved it, thank you.

We found it tricky to keep the heating controlled at night; it’s quite noisy when on, and unfortunately it was too cold when we were there to leave it off completely, however that’s being a bit picky, the place is lovely, and we would love to stay again.

We loved this tiny home! It was cozy, well-designed, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to the Grand Canyon but peaceful and private, with stunning sunsets and amazing stargazing. The host was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place—we’d love to come back!

The house was cozy for our family of 5. It was good that their was a bunch of beds and space upstairs. The kitchen was very spacious and well equiped. The serenity was great and the boys had loads of space to throw a ball. 20 minutes from South Rim GC.

The location and the outside needs a little tidy up around the buildings with current renovations.

Comfortable lodging

Toilet did not flush. Luckily we were there only one day, but no one responded to our inquiry about it, so would have been worst if we were there longer.
