No breakfast. And the location is okay.

A really private neighborhood where stargazing was perfect. A short drive to the Grand Canyon entrance.

The location is great, it's quiet, peaceful, and close to the Grand Canyon, about 20 minutes by a car. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and the stove is modern and great to use.

Water from the faucets (both in the kitchen and in the bathroom) was barely trickling down. It was also cold, so the property expecting us to wash the dishes before leaving is kind of funny. Tip - it heats only if you open water both in the kitchen and in the bathroom at once.

Perfect for families ! The house is well equipped !

Very nice cabin with a queen bed, a bunk bed, and 3 mattresses on top floor, can sleep 8 people, good for big family, tiny (as their name) but has everything, stove oven refrigerator etc. love it, highly recommended.

The cute little house, the loft, and the sky full of stars! Check in instructions were clear and location guide was easy to follow. No issues with the facilities and all, heater, hot water, microwave, fridge worked well. A tad cramped for our family, but that's because we had 5 adults, a toddler and an infant, and A LOT of luggages. Other than that, we had enjoyed our stay here.

Wifi password given wasnt working and check out instructions were sent quite late (it mattered only because we were only staying for 1 night)

No hot water in the bathroom, low preasure, could not have a shower. Very weak internet

We spent two nights at the property. The first night went relatively smoothly; the property, beds, and kitchen were all clean as described. However, we experienced issues with low water pressure and a very poor, frequently disconnecting internet connection, to the extent that even the TV wouldn't connect. Although the property manager replied to us in a text message, no action was taken. The next night, when we got back after a long day of hiking, with 4 young children, we discovered that there was NO HOT WATER in the showers. Despite reaching out to the property manager twice, we received no response, completely ignoring our crucial issue. Hot water is essential! While the property seems nice if everything functions properly, it's you will encounter an issue, you are on your own.
