USGood location and instructions were clear on how to get there.
My biggest issue was that there was a lot of black mold on the shower wall which is extremely dangerous. When we entered the place also smelled like cigarettes and poop. Then owner did not give me a heads up that there was going to be a maintenance man coming in.
USLocation was superb. It’s walking distance to most of the tourist places in Madrid. Amenities were good.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It was broken. Host wasn’t approachable/ co operative when we requested for alternative solution.

The only way to enter the apartment is with a code for front door and another one for the apartment. and they gave us the wrong one. Luckily we found some other guests in other apartments who gave us the right code. Then wifi wasn't working. When we contacted the owners they told us we typed the wrong password. They refused to show up or discuss anything with us. Eventually on our last day my spousywho speaks Spanish figured that the wifi password wasn't concept** (which they gave us) but concepcion**. Booking.com also didn't respond to our messages. All in all a pretty bad experience. I suggest you that if you wanna go there talk to the owners in advance and demand clear communication and instructions on how get in, because the ones they send you are false information. You can easily end up sleeping on the street.
