tea pot was chipped. kitchen cabinet doors dont close well. the toilet tap splashed all over.

Central position. Only a few minutes walk to centre of town. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and tidy

When I booked, I didn't realise this apartment was part of a large hotel. The picture shows patio and gardens in front. I naturally assumed this was a ground-floor apartment and would have been perfect for us, as two of our party have limited mobility. The apartment was, in fact, on the 6th floor overlooking a rooftop garden and also looking directly into the apartments opposite. I should have realised by the 606 in heading. Thankfully lifts in hotel, but to access the street from the hotel, there are no ramps or slopes, only steps, which made access difficult for us. Access can be made through the underground car park, but it is a steep slope up to the street. The bedrooms had no outside windows, so were very claustrophobic. The only windows in the apartment were the patio entrance doors. The crockery is kept in an overhead cupboard above the sink. It was too tall for us to reach to the back to get everything out. Only soft chair seating inside for 3 people, so someone had to sit on dining chair. Outside patio table but no chairs.

The place was in a very good location. Just walking distance to the main town and all the good restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend the property.

As an Asian, it would be great if there was a bidet installed on the toilet.

Fantastic location. Couple of minutes walk to town. Comfy beds. Lovely decor. Good outdoor area.

Great location, easy walk into town and close to lots of tourist locations e.g Luge, waterfront, cookie time. Place was really clean and homely also. All amenities needed were provided. A major plus was the heaters provided and the great water pressure in the shower! Will definitely stay again next time we visit Queenstown :)

Did not have breakfast. Location amazing.

We booked for 4 adults only had seating for three one had to sit on floor, out door chair that we bought inside or dining room chair. Could not get into lock box as given code number did not work. A cleaner unlocked it for us. Would highly suggest to change the opening to the fridge door.
