038 Dine & Unwind Tiny Home near Grand Canyon South Rim

Within the property, the furniture is okay.

I arrived at the property at around 2:00am, it was very cold outside and all we wanted was getting into the room and having a good rest. However, the password of the lock I received from the property DID NOT work, I called customer service but no response. It’s 2am, and I was really tired and scared. Fortunately someone picked up the phone after around 30minutes, and it turned out that they gave me the wrong password. I didn’t receive any response or apologize after I checked out. No service here. The bedding quality could be improved and the quilt is not that clean. The outside environment and facilities could be better maintained, no basic infrastructure no customer service area, outside is dusty, all make people feel unsafe.

We loved the location and the home. It's very nice inside and was easy to find and easy to enter. The inside was spacious and plenty of built in storage. High quality cabinets and appliances. Full size refrigerator. The porch view was pretty and peaceful. We could of stayed there a week!

2 very small things.. the Keurig pot needs replaced to a newer version and if not replaced definitely descaled as it leaves debris in your coffee and the mattress needs a fitted bottom sheet. The flat sheet does not stay on.
