Downtown 1 Bedroom Charmer - Walk, Bike, Enjoy!!

This is an ideal property for a couple holidaying in South Dakota. It is a lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed apartment. It is close to all of the facilities of Rapid City itself, but in a quiet and relaxed neighbourhood. And it is the perfect centre to explore the wider Black Hills region - Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse memorial, Needles Highway, Custer State Park and its many trails, and many more. Jami and Matt were without question the most responsive hosts I have ever dealt with - all of my queries were invariably answered by return. If you are a couple thinking of visiting the Black Hills - go for it, you won't regret it!

Bathroom space , no vanity. Nor comfortable couch. Maybe over priced.

I t was a real pleasure to stay in Matt & Jany house, located walking distance of downtown and with a free parking very close of the accomodation. The house is comfortable and our hosts very responsive.

Fine location. Nice kitchen with full size stove, fridge, and microwave. Plenty of towels and kitchen accessories. I did not meet the owners, but speaking with them on the phone, I found them to be very nice and helpful.

Footed bathtub was so tall that it was difficult for senior citizens to use. Young and/or tall guests would not have a problem with the tub, but older shorter people may have difficulty. TV was very nice and supplied many many programs, but no local news and local weather.

Great location!!! Very clean, comfy, and welcoming. We truly had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend staying here, and we plan on bringing more of our family to stay here in the future.

Location was perfect, bed very comfortable, kitchen stocked with all we needed. Roku tv was a big plus we enjoyed!!

We are seniors and the low toilet was hard to rise from.
