"Across the street from the beach"

Clean , quiet and comfortable. Excellent location. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Nice surprise that there were beach chairs, umbrella and cart. Saved us rental $. We were also able to get early check in which was a huge help and gave us extra beach time. Easy drive to everything. We would stay here again.

Location

The condo was dirty. There was not a lot of effort in cleaning. Cleaning is more than wiping the surface.

"Great Location and Good Value"

Clean unit with all needed items you'd find if staying at a hotel. Only a very short walk to the beach. It is nice to have private parking out of the elements. Would recommend if you prefer avoiding the large hotels.

Could use a deep cleaning. I knocked a lot of caked on dust off the bathroom air vent. Comfortable for our family of three. Third floor may make it difficult for some transporting their luggage up the stairs.
