Dai3kuboi by b hotel - Spacious 3BR Apt for 9 ppl near PeacePark

What a great little apartment, very clean ,spacious, central to everything and the softest most comfortable beds. Easy check in communicated well and thanks for letting us leave our bags beforehand. We loved our stay here.

玄関扉の音が気になった。

ガスコンロ、給湯器、電子レンジ、十分な食器があり、広くて快適に過ごせた。バス・トイレ別で、家庭サイズのお風呂や洗面台があるのもありがたかったです。テレビ付きの和室もあり、3人で泊まるのには十分な広さだった。トラブルが起きたときも、電話窓口で誠実にご対応いただけた。

思っていたよりも、広島駅から時間がかかる（約20分）。タイパ重視の旅なら広島駅周辺がおすすめだが、このアパートは原爆ドームが近く、また広島駅から広電宮島口駅の間にあるので、観光の際に無駄足になることはない。アパート自体は古く、ドアを開閉する際の音が気になった。

Not much - the laundry worked well

The advert that it is a New 3BR is a lie. It is about as new as 1970. The unit is advertised in a way that I feel is deceptive. I asked to leave after the first night and this was refused with a load of words to politely tell me that refurbished means new. Refurshing is not even applicable. It has had some new paid and some new linoleum at best. It is extremely dated, the people who did the renovations are not tradespeople at all.
