Not much daylight in the apartment but a lot of artificial light if needed.

everything was perfect… the apartment was clean, super well furnished (it also had food and beverages included, very nice touch ), the position is great to reach every zone … the staff was really nice and kind , 100% recommended for a group trip in Madrid

The apartment was great! Very clean and has everything you need! Very good location with supermarket, bars, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Communication from the host (Alberto) was perfect. Apartment felt like home, will rent again next time I am in Madrid!

Believe the reviews, this place is that good. This was perfect for us, three adults and two children. The host has done an amazing job utilizing space in this apartment. The fridge was full of water, sodas and some beer. Snacks, bread, chocolate, coffee, tea, hot cocoa were all complimentary. The only thing we didn't have was a wine opener and our host hand delivered one for us. We got lucky to have this apartment and you will be too.
