Domus Sant'Agnese, a 50 mt da Carlo Acutis

This place was very central and near to all the places we were interested to visit in Assisi. The place was clean, organised and was fully equipped. Except for the occasional noisy motorcar or loud tourist, this was perfect!

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro e facilmente raggiungibile grazie alle scale mobili dal parcheggio Mojano – il vero punto di forza della struttura.

Affaccio della finestra del bagno decisamente trascurato: da su un’area dove sono presenti secchi della raccolta differenziata completamente ricoperti da uno spesso strato di guano di piccioni. Una vista poco igienica e sicuramente poco gradevole, soprattutto per un ambiente come il bagno. Inoltre, la zanzariera risultava molto sporca, il che contribuiva a un senso generale di poca cura.

Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile, appartamento curato e molto pulito, dotato di tutti i confort.

A very beautiful comfortable place right where I need it

Everything was very nice

The apparent is located on the ground floor in an old building in the center of the town. It has a climate of ancient crypt… well equipped and cozy. Though lack of windows makes the place a bit dark. Perfect location for short stay while sightseeing the old town.

I’d recommend to add into description name/location of nearest parking, so you can proceed directly to that place. Entry and parking on the street near the accommodation is prohibited and could be expensive…

The kitchen is fully-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, full-size fridge, and dishwasher. The location is central to Assisi, and not far from the Tigre grocery store. The hosts are very responsive.

The check-in process is tedious, demanding three photographs, plus additional details, for each person staying. When is a loft not a loft? When it's on the ground floor of a 3-story building. Cars drive, and pedestrians walk past the inverted bay window and door all day (and to a lesser extent all night) long. The windows on each side of the door are perforce opaque. There's no view whatsoever. It's more like a dungeon than a loft. The Booking description claims "1 separate bedroom". This begs the question, separate from what? It's not separate from the living room that houses the sofa bed, or from the kitchen. There was more separation between FTX and Alameda Research. This should be advertised as what it is, a dungeon/studio. The sofa bed is really uncomfortable to sleep on. This studio is really only suitable for a single person, or a couple. We ran out of hot water while the second person was taking a shower. I had to adjust the thermostat on the immersion heater that was set to tepid. The power went off while I was making an omelette for breakfast; for some reason the meter had shut off. There's a washing machine but no laundry detergent and no facility to dry the wet clothes. The kitchen was missing a cutting board but the hosts kindly brought us one. All in all, it was a bit of a disaster.

The location of the apartment couldn't be better, the response of the host on every question/request we had was answered right away. The apartment was super clean, we did not cook in the apartment, but it had all the amenities if you wanted to cook.

The days we stayed in Assis were pretty hot and the AC did not cooled all we would have loved to. Besides de AC, everything was perfect, I would stay at this place again.
