Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment - Near City Centre - WiFi - Smart TV 3MR

Only the good thing about the property was that it is very close to the central There was no breakfast with this property, but the good thing is there was some very nice takeaways nearby and convenient stores

We came into the property Before we entered, we had to fill in a check-in form which asked for my car registration A day later when I seen a Fine on my car, then only the operational manager had the decency to explain to me that we don’t have parking with this property Secondly, the bathroom and the kitchen had a very bad smell on entering No toilet paper No cleaning supplies And in the room where there was a double bed, the bed was broken

it was clean

the bathroom was downstairs, the bed was uncomfortable, the alley was smelly and there was trash right outside the gate so it smelled all the time. I was there for 2 weeks and there was one back up toilet paper roll, the other was was already half used, there was no backup paper towels in the kitchen.

Clean and tidy

On the first night we noticed a crack in the shower and didn't think anything of it. On the second night the people staying in the apartment below knocked on our door to say their apartment was flooding from our shower. Hosts were really helpful and said we would not be charged and did offer to move us but we were checking out the next day so wasn't an issue in the end

The property was very modern and a lot of shops near by to get food and anything you may need also close to city centre.

I felt the area seemed abit scary during the night but during the day all was fine.

No ventilation in the toilet. Weak internet

I love everything about this place, this is very nice clean and comfortable beds place is free like a bird in the tree, 😆 I am upset because I was leaving too soon, 😆 I am booking back this place again each time I am in birmingham, from now on this is my ideal place. Thanks again and well done to your team.
