Great communication with hosts. Very quick on responses. Unit was large to accomodate a family of 8. Tidy with clean linen and towels. Great location.

The bathroom both had a foul smell which from my experience is coming from the pipes. So understandably not much could be done by property owners but it was quite noticeable. Bathrooms could have had maybe air fresheners and could have done with a better clean as well especially in the shower area. Airconditioning in the master room was very poor, did not cool the room down.

The house is not well maintained. Toilets are the worst. Mouldy and smells bad. Pictures on booking.com probably the old one. Management needs to invest renovating this place. Otherwise, very good location.

Originally we book for the imago suite but because of the no water issue affected, the property agent asked if we wanted our room to change to Aru suite or cancel booking. We choose the Aru suite and our stay were comfortable as we have water and are very comfortable. Big Thanks to the agent for the info and changes. Would recommend anyone to book with Kwen Loft.

There was a change in location, we were only made known when we texted host that we have reached and the host then shifted us to another apartment. Hence we wasted some time searching the apartment since its our first trip to KK, not very familiar with the road.

There were ants at the bed side table in the master bedroom, perhaps termite?
