"Not so good. The amenities should be well kept and functioning to avoid inconvenience."

Very convenient at the heart of the city.

Not properly managed. We have to ask for repair of the shower hose and wifi. Though it was repaired but still in cause an inconvenience.

Everything i need is within the area (mall, laundry, cafes, gym, etc). The kitchenware is enough to cook a decent meal. The bathroom has a heater and bidet.

The wifi may need some improvement

The owner is very accomodating lalo na sa mga questions ko. Very comfortable to stay with and ganda nung unit lalo na kung may kids ka, very attractive ung ginawa nia sa room wall. Will definitely choose this place again if ever I need to book in grass again. . Over all good na good po ang stay namin. Again thank you po!!

Maybe the only improvement that is needed is the wifi connection mejo mabagal po sia pero nakakaopen pa rin naman ng mga site.
