Maritime House One - 4BR for 10 Near City Centre

We loved everything about this property. The house was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The accommodation had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

Location was good

The washing machine was full of mold, which is highly unhygienic. The extractor hood was also defective. Upon entering the apartment there was a strange urine-like smell, similar to cat urine. The television did not work, and the towels were still damp. In short, we expected more for this price.

The property was in a good location. Easy access to tourist attractions and shopping opportunities. The house was spacious.

The pictures were a bit deceiving Property smelt of damp Water in the kitchen was not clean to drink - had a smell and tasted funny. The other taps eg in the bathroom were fine. There was paint coming off the walls and infrastructure looked uncared for. The property did not feel homely. No ornaments almost felt like a prison room in the bedrooms. Simply a bed lamp and table provided. No cupboard. Rail for clothes was broken off the walls. Property was cold and no carpet on the stairs. The walls had evidence of leakage. The property mentioned they provided Netflix however it did not work. The projector was not angled properly and the screen was slanted. When trying to fox the projector looked like it was falling apart. Old sofa that had dents in them through usage. Rotten kettle with limescale. Only oil, coffee and salt provided at the bare minimum. Not very accommodating and standards were not met. Bathtub was broken and shower a bit off. Communications extremely poor.

The location is convenient and central to reach anywhere. The house is warm and clean!

No toiletries but sorted out with the management!
