Riverbank Suites - River View Level 11, Sleeps 7

Strategic location, the apartment was clean and tidy, the view from the balcony was superb and the host was very helpful and quick respond. Easy and flexible check in even if you were delayed due to flight rescheduled.

It is even better if the host provide water spray in the outside toilet instead of using a pail of water and the water pressure was quite low. I noticed the bedroom door knob also need to replace.

Everything was exceptionally good.

Spacious apartment centrally located

Shower areas need deep cleaning. The microwave had not been cleaned and had food remains - there was no toaster or knives. Parts of the building need updating although we didn’t use the pool the surrounding area needs renovation. There were signs everywhere saying homestay was not allowed and although the host messaged to say ignore this - it was off putting

The swimming pool was closed.

Near the sarawak river, easy to go shopping, near to the floating mosque and easy check in/out

Swimming pool was under maintenance when I were there, gym got few faulty equipment, and toilet bowl got no water hose.

Facilities in the house, location - river view, easy access to eatery and shopping places
