"We couldn’t get into our room for a long time due to a faulty entry code."

Clean in rooms and pools

They don't replace towels every day and don't pick up trash. We couldn’t get into our room for a long time due to a faulty entry code. I had to go up and down the elevator 3 times to get some help with this. The phone call was answered on the third try. The door to the balcony did not lock.
