The pictures of the property encouraged me to rent this location.

Upon arrival for the Thanksgiving holiday, (1) there was no toilet seat in the main bedroom (my 85+ senior parent’s room) but indicated it was cleaned. The only other bathroom on the first floor was a vanity, and that toilet wouldn’t stay up. It was replaced Thanksgiving Day. My brother repaired the other toilet seat since it was not addressed on Thanksgiving. (2) Upsetting: There were roaches throughout the house, in the kitchen, vet bedrooms and bathrooms but, mind boggling, how they appeared in the dishwasher. (3) The dryer did not properly work, unfortunately. It was upsetting that until I notified the host of the toilet seat 2x, I was told they were already notified. Were we supposed to ignore not having toilet seat? My suggestion is to take one month of rental fees and fumigate, replace all bathroom accessories, place proper size mattresses on beds and investigate the water stain in the upstair’s ceiling. It could be mold/dampness causing your bug issue.

Very spacious for 6 people. Everyone had their own bathroom. 7 bedrooms.
