The Management Hospitality in the Group Chat.

Building Not well Maintained. lift lobby is too dirty., toilet is dirty, the smell is also not nice i, the bed sheet looked worn out, the door like it has been broken by couple of time, we got fear of security and safety. the ambient also not welcoming. Thermospace Management need to buck up.

The location and view are nice. It is located on a high floor facing the city and Malacca Straits. The check-in process was also smooth.

The air conditioning is not cool at all. I'm sleeping with sweat all night. I have to sleep on the sofa instead with a fan. The advertisement shows that I got four pillows, but I ended up getting only two (one for each person), and they are pretty thin. This hurts my neck. My stay is far from comfortable.
