Cuando llegamos algunas de las luces no funcionaban, tampoco había ni un mísero espejo para poder mirarse. Apartamento pequeño y ruidoso, las paredes son de papel y se escucha tanto el ruido exterior como el de los vecinos. De las tres noches que pasamos fue imposible dormir del tirón. Cuando procedes al pago y previo al check in, te empiezan a llegar unas condiciones que si las incumples tienes que pagar por todo: Si llegas al apartamento y por circunstancias tienes problemas con la cerradura (es electrónica) si llamas, te cobran 30 euros y si tienen que presentarse físicamente 60...perdona??? Supuestamente También te dicen que te dejan unas llaves encima de la mesa y que si al irte no las devuelves te cobran 50 euros!!!! 50 euros por la llave de un portal que está medio roto. Llaves por cierto que a nosotros no nos dejaron y tuve que dar aviso para que no nos las cobraran. También te dicen que al irte, si no tiras la basura, apagas las luces y dejas las ventanas cerradas, te harán un cobro de 50 euros😂 vamos que les falta cobrarte por respirar. Fatal, no volveremos a ir.

Excelente apartamento,lindo cómodo, y con todo lo necesario. La atención del personal excepcional y fluida. Excelente servicio de wifi y el aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente también. Muy limpio. Una estación de metro a 100 metros del apartamento lo cuál es estupendo para moverse por Madrid.

No me gustó la zona. No es apropiada ni para caminar ni mucho menos para turistas. Se siente insegura y hay que andar con cuidado. Es salir del apartamento, agarrar el metro y disfrutar Madrid pero la zona no es recomendable.

Worst check in instructions I ever had. They expect you to stand outside and buzz the empty apartment you’re staying in to be let in? Then one key provided n won’t have us. Left my expensive trimmer but they won’t respond after I checkout. During the stay if you have any issues you get passed on from one person to another but with no solution. Aircon works but one room gets super cold and other one not at all. Bed in small room isn’t comfortable. If u fill coffee machine it leaks all over the counter. Main door lock is not attached properly

The place was very clean and enough facilities for us. Very comfortable to stay and highly recommended for other to try.

The process of checking in was quite tricky. The online app and keyless system doesn't work so well. We got help from good Samaritan who help us until we reach to the apartment unit.

The apartment was okay, but it didn't meet our expectations, especially for the price, which was quite expensive. The cleanliness could have been better, and basic essentials like hand soap, extra garbage bags, and washing powder were missing. These small details would have made the stay more comfortable.
