Place was a little dated but the bed sheets and towels were clean, beds were just ok. The place is a 20 minute walk from the Blue line that takes you downtown. They were flexible on checkout time. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood about 8 miles from downtown.

The apartment is downstairs while someone (maybe the owners) lives upstairs. There is a substantial amount of noise from them upstairs and you can clearly hear when they walk or drop something. There were very few amenities in the kitchen and practically none in the bathroom. The floors were a little dirty and felt slimy. The three of us had a hard time using the kitchen table since it's basically in the corridor. The back yard was not well kept. We paid similar prices in other major California cities, in far better locations, and the value for money was vastly better. The owner should consider upgrading the apartment or lowering the prices.
