Very nice accommodation with a large and beautiful terrace, situated in a great location.. The description of the accommodation on the booking site is truthful without any 'hidden traps', so you know what you get when you come there. Luca is a very kind and hospitable host. In addition, he kindly took on board my additional requests, which was very helpful and I am very grateful for it. And another big +: the cats are adorable <3 Thank you for a great stay!:)

Tanto per iniziare, Luca è stato un host a dir poco fantastico. A parte la sua genuina simpatia e affabilità, ha un cuore d'oro e anche un senso della discrezione (se vuoi stare per fatti tuoi, ti lascia fare senza problemi, se invece vuoi un po' di compagnia, con lui puoi fare discorsi di ogni tipo, estensione e argomento). Altro elemento, che da' un tocco alternativo e caratterizzante, sono i suoi fantastici gatti, che possono procurare un altro - e, aggiungerei, simpatico - elemento di compagnia, soprattutto (ma non necessariamente) se si viaggia da soli. Ultimo, ma non meno importante, è la posizione, a 10-15 minuti dal centro storico e dall'Arco Etrusco, e a pochissimi passi dalla fermata dell'autobus. Grazie Luca per avermi reso divertente e indimenticabile questo viaggio!

Super, super interesting owner! This is a real homestay, and you will be welcomed by Luca and his cats from the first second! This homestay will guarantee an Unforgettable experience for you. Also, it is very close to bus station. I’ll definitely come back!

If you are allergic to cats then this is not suitable for you. But if you are a cat person , this is the paradise!
