"Bugs and Ants in the light switches."

The pool was small but clean, just not big enough for a lot of people.

Ants in the rooms that got all over food and trash. They came out of the light switches and walls. There was a coakroach on the floor my first night. The ac leaked, but the staff got it fixed after a couple of days. Can't have ac low or it leaks. Internet cut out last week of stay and was in and out for like four days. It was fixed before I left.

Заселялись мы в 4 утра. Номер мы бронировали самый дорогой. Он там один. Круглосуточного ресепшена нет, хотя на Букинге заявлена круглосуточная стойка регистрации.. Если вы не оповестите отель заранее, то туда не попадете. И на следующий день нам были высказаны претензии в хамской форме, о том что встретив нас ночью они нам сделали огромное одолжение. Весь номер был заполнен муравьями (фото прилагается). Жить в таком номере невозможно. Так же текла душевая кабина. Воняло плесенью. Т.к. номеров соответствующего класса больше в этом отеле нет, а другие номера нас не устраивают, мы попросили вернуть деньги (платили кэшэм). Опять же в хамской форме нам было отказано. Пробовали решить вопрос через Букинг, но прошло уже пять дней и до сих пор ответа нет. Так же мы бронировали данный отель на февраль 2026 г. Тут же нас стали шантажировать, что отменят нам эту бронь, если мы станем жаловаться. Администрация отеля наверняка станет утверждать, что все что мы написали не соответствует действительности. но подумайте сами зачем мне это сочинять? Ответ - не зачем. Вот в кратце и все. ИТОГ: 1. Вернули на только деньги за питание. (Постоянно оскорбляя). Это худший отель за все мои поездки в Тай. Бегите от это отеля, как от чумы. 2. Администрация Букинга не следит за своей репутацией, и не реагирует на жалобы.
