Theres not a single thing that was unpleasant
USUSUSI loved the firepits outside and the deck. The decor was rustic and a fun spin on an older motel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The response time was super quick and they were great at communicating when I left my jacket behind...they mailed it to me and I received it back today! Eureka Springs had fun shopping, good food and beautiful views.
No issues for what we paid for.
