Loved the tv feature wall with the lights. Beautiful view day and night. Very responsive host who assisted with our needs for extra trash bags and toilet rolls. The thought of having complimentary food and drinks was too sweet of the host. All the staff was too helpful and friendly at all times.

The shower had both cold and hot water but the direction indicated was reversed. Cold was hot, hot was cold, so it was quite confusing. Sewage smell was too strong outside the lobby, pick up and drop off area but no smell once entered the lobby door.

The house is quite new and full with all equipments. Environment is clean and fresh. The location also quite strategic. House owner is super friendly and check in instruction is clear and easier. Many parking spaces available for those who rent a car at Batam. Money changer, restaurant supermarket and shopping mall all nearby only. The apartment also provide self-pay massage service. In overall, very good experience at this house. Will rebook again.
