"Room wasn't that great"

location is great

the flooring on the bedroom was uneven...pop out... wifi sometimess not connected due to loose cable connection...small cockroaches was spotted every where...inside the kitchen cabinets was smelly....

"Afterall all ok..."

Didnt recieved any notification message till the day we reach. Upon arrival lobby receptionist then ask to check with the person in charge. Check message from the booking app then i notice a message that we have to relocate to another apartment instead which require us to travel. Due to faulty aircon that they cant settle in time. New apartment given but not what we expected .Afterall the service recovery responsed fast and immediate.Appreciate that. Thank you so much!

"A nightmare stay!"

Just the location

The unit apartment is poor maintaining with terrible smell when entering it,the bed is full of dustmites..we couldn’t sleep ! And the plasticky decoration that give bad smell and dusty. Very bad experience of stay.
