The difficulty of dragging a suitcase up steps to get to the lift. The fact that there is nowhere to sit whilst waiting for a taxicab. There is not even a map of the Old Town so you can orient yourself to the area.

The location is excellent, and it was helpful to be able to go straight to the main street. Entry and exit can be managed with a PIN, so there was no need for each person to have a key.

The voltage seemed to be unstable, and sometimes the microwave worked and sometimes it didn't.

The location of this place was excellent! Very convenient, in the center of Vilnius, old town. You can walk to Cathedral, Gediminas tower by foot. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was quick to respond, if needed, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!
