Closeness to the town centre.

Apartment needs updating . Stains on carpet. Smelt very fausty. Flannel as t.towel in kitchen. Defiantely in need of a spruce up if you want to market it as an 8.9

Took ages to find it.

I liked everything .. excellent apartment, very comfortable, has everything we need for a great stay, cleaning products in stock, full kitchen utensils, living room with wonderful panoramic view.. location, close to everything, supermarket, centre etc.. I loved the convenience.. I highly recommend it for those looking for a complete stay. Excellent host.. I just have to thank you for this stay. Thank you very much..!

Proximity to O2 Academy, the apartment is LITERALLY behind the building. We had the perfect view of the tour buses directly opposite the apartment! The living room and kitchen diner is all together in an open plan style and very spacious. Not too far from Birmingham New Street train station, short walk of about 15mins. There is a lift inside the building and the apartment isn’t far from the lift. Quiet at night.

There was a musty smell in the bathroom. There was a used mop and bucket had been left out, so I assumed it was that. We were only there to sleep so it didn’t cause too much problems for us. Wouldn’t stop us from coming back.

The two bedrooms were nice and roomy.

We booked this for 6 adults. The cot and couch are not suitable for adults to sleep on. The foldable cot has no mattress and the couch was hard and short- neither were made up and there weren’t enough sheets, duvets, and pillows. There was no milk for tea - even longlife milk. Also, better checkin directions are needed- they didn’t even indicate which key box to use the code on and the building was extremely difficult to find and didnt match the address with the postcode.
