The room was amazing! As lovely as the recent 5 star hotel we’d stayed in elsewhere. The hosts were so friendly and helpful - perfect place to stay.

Wish we’d booked for longer.

It is beautifully renovated, using a room design that makes it feel spacious and comfortable. The owners are present when the bar downstairs is open and are ready to help with any request. Very kind people, I can recommend Giannis specifically. He is an upbeat gentleman. As the bar closes relatively early and the visitors are not the rowdy type, I had a quiet stay. Cleaning is done expertly and all facilities and the beautiful beach are very close.

Nothing.

It is the perfect accommodation if you are staying in Alykes. The beach across the road, the room is new and spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, strong wifi, Netflix, etc. Yannis, the owner, and the staff are very helpful, professional, and responsive. His cocktail bar downstairs not only has great music but awesome cocktails and shots, each has a special ritual of drinking. Also, great coffee, smoothies, and pastries in the morning.

Really, zero drawbacks

We loved staying at Enigma Rooms mainly because of the wonderful host Yiannis and also the quality of the rooms. Yiannis went out of his way to make us feel not only comfortable but also very welcome. We were only the second people to have stayed there and were apprehensive as there weren't any reviews due to it being newly renovated, we needn't have worried as it surpassed our expectations. The bar below us didn't cause any issues regarding noise etc ... and the bonus was that we could take drinks upto our rooms! We made a request for a mattress topper as we are used to a soft bed and within 24 hours one was placed on the bed. Hairdyer, mosquito plug-in repellant, toiletries, towels, bathrobes and slippers were provided which was a lovely bonus. Air conditioning was free and very effective. The room had a smart TV which allowed Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube and others. WIFI was good and modern Led lighting gave a wonderful, peaceful background ambiance. Plenty of electrical sockets in all the right places which was fab. Small fridge for water and milk etc was useful as was the safe for valuables, although everything in the room felt very safe to be left out if needed. Kettle and toaster provided. Very clean as the cleaner visited every day and was very friendly. Small supermarket only a few steps away as were the shops, bars and restaurants and awesome beach. We would have no hesitation in recommending and we would definitely stay again.

Road noise can be a little bit annoying between 5-11pm plus the air conditioning was slow to start. Balcony was a little bit small.
