Parking lot ,, almost 1hrs searching ,, can be improved

Perfect location and nice big swimming pool.

1. No keys or access card were found in the mailbox after 3:30 pm. We waited 10 minutes for the cleaner to deliver the keys. 2. Three out of six towels had many stains. We requested replacements but received no response. 3. One of the toilets did not have toilet paper. It was only provided after we gave feedback. 4. The toilet seat was not in good condition. 5. The parking instruction was confused and difficult to find the parking lot number due to lack of signage

The apartment was clean. Have extra mattress. The location is nerby a shop lot and easy to find some food. It have a big swimming pool and spa also.

It's takes some times to enter passing the guard house. And It is hard to search for the parking lot because of the apartment didn't provide a parking signage on the parking pole. You have to check your parking number on the parking lot itself.

Clean, spacious and good location

Contacted owner several times but is unresponsive, living room aircon leaking and noisy, broken toilet seat, iron and board not available (as advertised), couldnt sleep well because curtain does not block sunlight and bed pillows and bolster are very hard!
