"Superb"

Very cosy, clean, and comfortable. The wood burning stove was even set, ready to light. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite cold enough to need to use the fire. Had everything you could want, and was in a perfect location for access to the town and the University. We felt very at home and will definitely come back when we next visit Loughborough.A lovely stay!

"Good comfortable apartment"

Very spacious. Clean & comfortable with everything you need.

We didn’t meet the host it was just a key and a bell to press when checking in. We thought someone would come to check us out but no one came. Parking was abit difficult to find a space on the side road. Just missed a toilet brush & some small plates . Had to use a big dinner plate for a bit of cake or a sandwich. No information about shops / restaurant / places to go . Could not understand why there was a connecting door half way in the house that had the light on all night . & another door both locked so couldn’t turn the light off . The Garden was over grown only old chairs & parosol . not nice to sit in the garden although it was nice weather.

"Suited our needs perfectly."

Conveniently located for access to town by foot & close to the University. Kindly provided milk for my morning cup of tea! Very comfortable stay.

Lack of TV access but that might be down to my ineptitude 🤷‍♀️

Milk in fridge, fire set up beautifully which was fab as it was very chilly. Felt like everything had been thought of.

Advert stated 1 double and 2 single beds but there was only 1 of each. I didn’t need the single beds so no bother for me.

"Excellent property"

Excellent and spacious room with all modern amenities. The decor was excellent too. The location was also good. The main market was walk able distance.

The bathroom was very very small.

"Good value for money in a clean and well kept property with good communication from the host"

As described a cosy property but with everything needed provided. Great communication from host and kindly allowed a slightly later checkout without issue. Would stay again.

Amount of crockery/glasses provided somewhat limited but enough for the two of us. Soda not the most comfortable
