Ottima posizione un pieno centro

Stanza all'interno di un vecchio palazzo del centro storico al quarto piano senza ascensore! La camera necessita di lavori di manutenzione (tinteggiatura) così come il bagno un po' vecchiotto...pulizia sufficientemente sia in stanza che nelle aree comuni (corridoi, terrazzino esterno per colazione, etc). Assenza di prodotti per l'igiene nel bagno... Rapporto qualità prezzo non giustificato!!!
