Refused to refund despite the intense weather and it was impossible to reach the place.

Peaceful environment

* Dirty toothpick on the bedside table * Of the 2 basins, only 1 of the taps worked, when opened it broke off so we needed to use the bathtub taps * Aircon leaked water the whole evening * The plugs did not work * The windows in the bathroom had no curtains * Half roll of dirty toilet paper * 2 Empty cans of toilet spray * Hand-wash was empty

I had to beg for da pool to be cleaned

They confirmed my booking, then last day they cancelled my bookings -leaving me stranded i had to call them imagine Bad service i mean why would they confirm my booking and tell me that they are fully booked while i made arrangements i will never recommend this place

The outside of the venue is beautiful

The 2 single room doesn't have a door separating the room and bathroom. Loud music played at 8am with no prior warning. The room was not clean

Practically nothing, well at least it was clean and that's just about it.

Everything. The location, the room only had a bed and tea station. No bar fridge, No TV, No microwave for a whole R700?! Ain't o way I'm ever paying R700 just to sleep in the bush. The place is secluded in the outskirts of Kameeldrift, nothing fancy here. At least the staff was friendly and helpful, but I'm never coming back here and I'll never recommend it to someone else. R700 down the drain, weekend ruined!!
