good location

the actual place we stayed in was slightly different to the photos shown online, and the door handles were pretty stiff so if u shut it all the way it’s quite hard to open the door

The location was great and it was close to the city centre

There was issue with the shower as there was crack in the pipe connecting the shower

It was a good location and a nice size flat.

The lift didn't work and the shower didn't work but apart from that it was nice .

Location

There was no hot water for a shower , no cups in the kitchen to make a tea or coffee , no plug on hairdryer , tv didn’t work ,no iron which I messaged to see if there was one and told there is .We were attending a family wedding I contacted the host about the hot water there was 4 of us needing a shower and they did nothing about it . We had to boil the kettle and pans of water to fill the bath not ideal .
