Great space and perfect for our group of 9

I liked everything

Location was perfect. in residential neighborhood which was quiet at night. We all felt very safe. 5 minute Uber to head to Broadway at any time with less then a 5 minute wait. A lot cheaper then trying to park there. The home was spacious enough to host our group. Host replied quickly to any questions we asked

Front door can be in full sun, so entering key code can be difficult based on the glare. Needed to block out while using key pad. One bathroom sink would clog after use, however maintenance game right in and fixed.

This place was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly as pictured—if not better. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and thoughtful details throughout. The location was unbeatable—just minutes from Broadway but still quiet and relaxing. Everything felt brand new, modern, and very well maintained. You can truly tell the hosts care about their guests and their property.

Honestly, nothing. There was not a single downside to our stay.

Location is close to downtown & the highway. Very accessible.

The front door from the outside and the walls throughout the space were very dirty. Finger prints, smudges were very noticeable making the space feel dirty. A simple wipe down or paint would give this space a much better feel along with cleaning the rugs & spraying for ants in the kitchen. I would definitely stay again once these minor adjustments are made.

Unbelievable house owner is very thoughtful and helpful. Facility’s and location from the broadway is very convenient only a 6 dollar uber.

House is in the middle of the projects, house is perfect if you plan to get Ubers to every location. If you’re looking to walk to the store from the house you could be making a mistake.

Didn’t the area was bad and ghetto loud music when arrived police was posted up got inside the property it was dirty sheet was never change by the look of it comforters was spotted on also floor had human hair like it was never vacuum in the middle bedroom upstairs and bugs crawling on the comforter also found a pair of men short in the bedroom in the corners when I text them to let them know of this I was told it was to late for anyone to come out to change or clean up so me and my family left the property at 2am we arrived at 8:30 pm on July 11. I ask how or where was we supposed to sleep at never received a reply back so we left. I’m asked for refund back waiting on that reply as well WOULD Not STAY THERE AGAIN. RATED. 😡

It was very nasty and dirty

Property was super clean and almost exactly as it was in the photos. The landlord was really nice and helpful, and replied quickly to any questions I had, including offering some suggestions locally. Very close to Broadway and only a 13 minute Uber from 12 South.

The area has a high crime rate, and isn’t typically advised for people to stay there (according to Reddit). We didn’t think it was safe to walk anywhere outside the accommodation, but had no trouble getting Ubers. We were very nervous on the first night, but got used to getting Ubers and keeping to ourselves. No one bothered us!

Location was close to downtown/Broadway.

Scuff marks on walls and no safety grab bars in bathroom.
