101 Pleasant Ways - With backup Power

This spacious apartment has a lot going for it – the location, the great view (the sunsets were fantastic), the comfortable bedrooms and lovely showers. There is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, tea/coffee, soap and shampoo, underfloor heating in both bathrooms, and lots of cupboard space. We had a few problems with the apartment when we first arrived, but the property management people (a big thanks to Valerie and Sibongile) were great, and got things sorted out immediately.

I have listed some negative points, however overall we enjoyed staying in this apartment and would choose it again for a future trip. - There are no mirrors other than the standard head-level ones in the bathrooms. We would have loved to have at least one full-length mirror. - The air-conditioning is only in the main bedroom; however, the property management people brought us two big fans which helped when the weather was very warm. When the temperatures dropped sharply, they brought us a couple of heaters. - We only had one key between us, which sometimes complicated things when we weren’t coming back at the same time. - The big sofa really needs a good clean, or to be re-covered.

Everything was great - comfortable and great location.

There were a lot of flies and insects in the kitchen. We had no hot water on the 3rd day but they did send plumbers to fix problem.

The flat was lovely, very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen was provided with everything we needed. The views were lovely. It was good to have a garage to park the car. Walking distance to the restaurants and coffee shops . The WiFi was great and lovely to have a smart tv.

At night the noise levels are high which continues until early hours of the morning. Would also be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms .

The view and location was amazing!! I LOVED the open floor plan and the best part was opening the windows

Location and amenities. The apartment had everything we needed, and more! The view was amazing.
