Very clean, spacious apartment with safe parking and proximity to the prominade

The Wi-Fi wasn’t good enough for meetings, unfortunately. The Netflix was in French, and the apartment is very noisy on a Sunday night. Team needs to check the toilet roll holders, which need some love

The location was awesome. The view was lovely. The apartment was so spacious and clean.

We could not get the microwave to work.

The bathroom heated floor and the fact that the staff was so kind to extend our check out time even though it wasn’t to the time that we preferred because they were expecting other visitors

The WiFi was tripping most times and the microwave wasn’t working at all

Property management not replying to whataap messages on time and answering fones

Very nice location, right on the prom with spectacular ocean views! We really liked how spacious the apartment was, especially in its common areas: it was great for a little staycation including some working from home.

The wi-fi is not very strong or reliable, so if you are planning to work from the property and have multiple online meetings it might be a bit challenging. Would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys as we were 3 people.

Location is great and beds were comfortable. Showers also good. Host very helpful and responsive and also allowed an early checkin which was great.

Some items need replacing due to wear and tear like the couch (or cover it) as well as carpets in the bedrooms. Microwave didn’t seem to heat? Also some light bulbs need to be checked. Light in shower flickered the whole stay and the light bulb next the bed needed replacing. Minor things that can be looked at but didn’t detract from us enjoying our stay :)
