3 Bedroom Pool Villa 50M To The Beach

Great location, good price and a very nice owner.

If the light goes out there will be no water for toilets. The pool needs a little more maintenance.

Very family-friendly property. Owners, administrators and local staff were attentive; even during off-hours. Ideal amenities for groups of 4-6; private pool, grill, and patio area presents great option if you want to stay away from the crowd; close enough walk to the beach and restaurants to check out social scene. Close (walking) proximity to 3-4 beautiful beaches; transportation to others is a short taxi (or ATV) ride away, recommend taxi, though.

Dated and worn cookware (first world problems). Merengue, Bachata, and Perico Ripia’o on blast ‘til 1 o’clock in the morning… which is early for DR during New Year’s-Epiphany week. Other than that, nothing significant to dislike.

The Villa is awesome and the host is always ready to assist with anything. The guy managing the place is great and a cool dude. When I needed a car they got me a great one at a great rate with insurance. Very safe area with night security and an electronic gate. The Air Conditioning works great and the private pool can’t be beat. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. The mini market about a 1 minute walk up the same road has the basics for your stay such as water, soda, soap… You can drive, moto or have delivery of groceries from La Sirena Supermarket further in town. We also received delivery of multiple items, including chicken soup ingredients and Presidente beer from a local colmado. Additionally, with the addition of a sidewalk along the beach side, it’s now a safe and easy 10 minute walk to the fisherman on the beach and the rest of town with numerous restaurant options along the way. Previously, that walk required walking in the roadway which exposes pedestrians to traffic but that has now been resolved with the sidewalk. I wholeheartedly recommend this to all. My family - wife and 3 kids - enjoyed it very much.
